The Poelle gift card is digital: it arrives by e-mail after purchase, so it is on time even on the day itself. There are four values: €100, €200, €500 and €1,000.

How the card works

The card has no expiry date. The balance can be used across several orders — whatever remains after the first purchase waits for the next one. It is valid on poelle.eu and poelle.pl. It cannot be exchanged for cash or topped up.

What it can be spent on

On anything we make: bags of natural leather and suede, belts, pouches and charms or the new models. The page with all bags and accessories shows everything together.

A bag bought with the card arrives like any other: in our signature box, with tissue paper, a ribbon, a fabric dust bag and a care guide. Delivery is free across the EU, Norway and Switzerland — from our warehouse in Poland within 1–3 business days. A bag can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
