The fastest way to reach us is by email: support@poelle.com. We reply every day, 8 AM – 8 PM CET, usually within a few hours. We don't have a phone line for poelle.eu.
Write to us about orders, payment and delivery, returns, complaints or the guarantee, or if you're unsure about size: we can tell you whether a laptop, a tablet or a notebook will fit. Add your order number, and a few photos for guarantee questions, to get an answer faster. We respond to every complaint within 14 days.
