Complimentary delivery, duties included
Delivery is complimentary on every order. Every parcel is insured and tracked. Prices include VAT and all duties and taxes, so nothing is due on delivery.
Where we ship
poelle.eu delivers to all European Union countries, Norway and Switzerland. For other destinations, please order at poelle.com; for Ukraine, at poelle.ua.
Delivery times
Timing depends on where your piece is waiting for you. The product page always shows the timing for the piece you choose.
- In stock in our warehouse in Poland: 1–2 business days within Poland, 1–3 business days to other EU countries.
- In stock at our atelier in Ukraine: 5–7 business days.
- Made to order: 10–15 business days, or the exact date shown on the product page.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@poelle.com before your order ships.
Damaged parcel
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging or the piece is damaged, email support@poelle.com with your order number and photos — we will put it right at no cost to you.
