Poelle is a Ukrainian brand of women's leather and suede bags and accessories, founded in 2021 by Pavlo Popko and Petro Lyshak. Every piece is designed, cut, sewn and finished by hand in the brand's own atelier in Horodok, Lviv region. The name joins Poetry, Pelle — Italian for “leather” — and Elle, “she”. Collections begin as dialogues with art, from Dutch still life to color field painting. Poelle sells directly through its own sites in Ukraine, the United States, the United Kingdom, Poland and the European Union.
