Choose a Christmas gift for your mum by what she carries every day, not by a guess about her style. Glasses, a purse and keys call for a mid-size bag with a zip. If she wants her hands free, give a light crossbody. If she already has a bag she loves, a belt or a pouch is the safer gift. Check the weight too: a bag under 600 g is easy to carry all day.
Start with the bag she carries now
Next time you visit, notice what comes out of her bag. Reading glasses in a case, a full purse, keys, a phone, maybe a book for the tram or a tablet with photos of the grandchildren. That list decides the size. Then notice how she carries it: on the shoulder, in the crook of the arm or across the body. And look at the coat she wears most, because the bag will sit against it all winter.
Mums rarely ask for a bag, and many keep using an old one long after the corners have worn. A new bag in the shape she already likes is often the gift she is happiest with. If you are choosing between two sizes, take the one closer to what she carries now.
She carries glasses, a purse and keys
She needs a bag about 30 cm wide and at least 10 cm deep, with a zip or a flap so nothing falls out when she sets it down.

Then do not replace it. Delivery before Christmas, the box, and returns
Delivery is free. Bags from our warehouse in Poland arrive in 1–2 business days within Poland and in 1–3 business days elsewhere in the EU, so order them by 18 December. Bags from our atelier in Ukraine take 5–7 business days, and bags made to order take 10–15 business days: order those by the end of November. The product page shows the timing for each colour.
Every piece arrives in our box, in tissue paper with a ribbon, in a fabric dust bag. You can ship it straight to her; there is never a receipt or a price in the parcel. If it does not suit, she can arrange a return or exchange herself within 30 days of delivery. The first 14 days are the statutory right of withdrawal; from day 15 to day 30 the piece should be unused, with its dust bag, box and tags. See our returns policy.
